Lavar y mondar la zanahoria y la calabacita, cortarlas luego en cubitos peque\u00f1os. En el vaso de la licuadora poner el tomate y la cebolla partidos en trozos, el ajo sin piel y la ramita de cilantro, agregar una taza de caldo de pollo y licuar hasta obtener una salsa sin grumos. Apenas est\u00e9 caliente y antes de que empiece a soltar humo, agregar la pasta y fre\u00edr velozmente, esto no les llevar\u00e1 ni medio minuto ya que la pasta es peque\u00f1a y si pusieron mucho aceite ver\u00e1n que adquiere un color dorado parejo. Poner la pasta en un colador para quitar todo el aceite en exceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-22192\" src=\"http:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_0099.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1400\" height=\"933\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_0099.jpg 1400w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_0099-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_0099-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_0099-1024x682.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1400px) 100vw, 1400px\" \/><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misma cacerola donde frieron la pasta, agregar inmediatamente la salsa de tomate que prepararon en precedencia. No es necesario agregar m\u00e1s aceite. Subir la flama y llevar a hervor, agregar el resto del caldo de pollo y los ch\u00edcharos. Apenas empezar\u00e1 a hervir nuevamente agregar las verduras y la pasta. Mezclar, cubrir la cacerola y bajar la flama a media. Dejar cocinar por 8-10 minutos aproximadamente (depender\u00e1 de la marca o tipo de pasta) y enseguida rectificar de sal.
