Una es como se las presento hoy, con jugo de tomate y aceitunas. Pero si son sin hueso es mejor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SOFFRITTO<\/strong>: El cl\u00e1sico picado de verduras italiano con cebolla, zanahoria y apio. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HIERBAS Y ESPECIAS<\/strong>: Romero, salvia, tomillo y laurel. Si ha soltado mucha grasa pueden sacarla con una cuchara y dejar solamente una poca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar las verduras picadas con el ajo y el ramillete de hierbas frescas. Si cuentan con <em>peperoncino<\/em> Italiano agreguen dos o tres troceados con la mano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-theme-palette-7-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Servir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este delicioso pollo a la cazadora puede ser servido con un buen pan artesanal para limpiar hasta la \u00faltima gota de esa deliciosa salsa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O tambi\u00e9n pueden servir con pasta de esta manera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sacar todas las piezas de pollo de la cazuela y ponerlas en un plato aparte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocer la pasta de su preferencia siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colar la pasta y agregarla a la cazuela con la salsa cazadora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezclar perfectamente hasta que toda la pasta est\u00e9 bien impregnada de la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir en un plato grande y espolvorear con queso parmesano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poner las piezas de pollo encima y llevar a la mesa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Conservar y Recalentar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es uno de mis platillos Italianos favoritos porque se puede hacer el doble y guardar para esos d\u00edas en los que no tenemos tiempo para la cocina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cuando los sobrantes del pollo a la cazadora se hayan enfr\u00edado completamente, ponerlos en un contenedor con tapadera herm\u00e9tica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guardar en el refrigerador hasta por 4 d\u00edas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O en el congelador hasta por 3 meses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para recalentar, asegur\u00e9nse que el pollo est\u00e9 completamente descongelado (de preferencia lentamente en el refrigerador).
