Cualquier corte con bastante tejido gelatinoso es perfecto para esta receta.<\/li><li><strong>1\/2 kg de hueso para caldo<\/strong>: Si es con tu\u00e9tano mejor, porque aportar\u00e1 un delicioso sabor.<\/li><li><strong>4 chiles guajillo<\/strong>: Pueden substituir con 2 cucharadas soperas de chile guajillo en polvo.<\/li><li><strong>2 chiles anchos<\/strong>: O 1 cuchara del de polvo o pasta.<\/li><li><strong>Tomates<\/strong>: Unas dos piezas medianas.<\/li><li><strong>2 elotes tiernos en mazorca<\/strong>: Si no encuentran pueden substituir con una lata de elote blanco o con 1 taza del congelado.<\/li><li><strong>Calabacitas<\/strong>: Unas dos piezas grandes.<\/li><li><strong>Zanahorias<\/strong>: 3 piezas medianas.<\/li><li><strong>Papas<\/strong>: 2 piezas medianas.<\/li><li><strong>Ejotes<\/strong>: Un buen pu\u00f1ado (unos 200 g) con las puntas cortadas.<\/li><li><strong>Cebolla<\/strong>: 1 pieza mediana.<\/li><li><strong>2 Xoconostles<\/strong>: Pueden substituir con 6 tomatillos frescos cortados en mitades o simplemente no ponerlo.<\/li><li><strong>Ajo<\/strong>: 2 dientes con la piel.<\/li><li><strong>Hierbas<\/strong>: 1 rama de epazote fresco o 1 cucharadita de epazote seco. 2 hojas de laurel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para las bolitas de masa:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 \u00bd taza de <strong>harina para tortillas<\/strong>.<\/li><li>1 \u00bd cucharadas de <strong>manteca<\/strong> (o aceite)<\/li><li>2 cucharadas de <strong>cilantro o epazote <\/strong>picado.<\/li><li>1 taza de <strong>agua tibia<\/strong>.<\/li><li>\u00bd cucharadita de <strong>sal<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mole De Olla Receta Tradicional Paso a Paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En una olla grande poner la carne bien lavada.
