El resultado es esta sopa llena de sabor gracias a las verduras y la salchicha, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n como a la combinaci\u00f3n de hierbas frescas, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Max mi marido le encanta y no pasa una temporada de fr\u00edo sin que la prepare al menos una vez a la semana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-theme-palette-7-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes Necesarios<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Para 4-6 porciones:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>SALCHICHA ITALIANA<\/strong>: Yo he usado 4 <a href=\"https:\/\/nwfoodhub.com\/salchicha-italiana-vs-salchicha-de-cerdo-cual-es-la-diferencia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salchichas Italianas<\/a> de aproximadamente 110g (3.8oz) c\/u. Tambi\u00e9n pueden remplazar las salchichas con <strong>carne molida<\/strong> de cerdo o res.<\/li><li><strong>VERDURAS<\/strong>: Pueden usar sus verduras preferidas. En esta receta yo he usado zanahorias, calabacitas, ejotes, apio, col, papas y ch\u00edcharos. Adem\u00e1s de tomates y cebollas para la base del caldo.<\/li><li><strong>HIERBAS<\/strong>: Romero, salvia, tomillo y or\u00e9gano. Pueden usar hierbas frescas o secas, las que tengan disponibles.<\/li><li><strong>ESPECIAS<\/strong>: Ajo, pimienta y sal.<\/li><li><strong>ACEITE<\/strong>: Aceite virgen extra de oliva o cualquier tipo de aceite de oliva que tengan a disposici\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Hacer Sopa Minestrone Con Salchichas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Limpiar y lavar las verduras, cortarlas en trozos peque\u00f1os m\u00e1s o menos del mismo tama\u00f1o. Reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Calentar el aceite en una cazuela u olla grande a fuego medio. Servir caliente con pan, pasta o arroz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notas y consejos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si desean un platillo completamente vegetariano pueden omitir la carne, pero en este caso mi sugerencia es que agreguen tambi\u00e9n uno o dos cubitos de caldo de verduras.<\/li><li>Las verduras pueden variar seg\u00fan la temporada y lo que tengan a disposici\u00f3n en sus despensas. Yo a veces agrego ejotes, chayote, br\u00f3coli, puerros, elote, kale, hongos, espinacas, etc.<\/li><li>El tipo de carne puede variar, yo he preparado esta sopa con pechuga de pavo o de pollo molida, carne de res o de cerdo. Cualquier carne est\u00e1 bien siempre y cuando sea molida.<\/li><li>Para un sabor particular y delicioso pueden agregar un chile chipotle en adobo, queda genial.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Servir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta deliciosa sopa minestrone con carne se puede acompa\u00f1ar perfectamente con pan tostado calientito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pueden servir con pasta (como se hace en Italia) o con arroz blanco al vapor. Si quieren servirlo con pasta les recomiendo la cuezan aparte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pueden agregar un chorrito de aceite de oliva, al m\u00e1s puro estilo Italiano, o un poco de queso <em>parmigiano<\/em> espolvoreado (como lo prefiere mi esposo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por mi parte, yo la sirvo al estilo Mexicano, esto es con una buena exprimida de lim\u00f3n, un chilito verde picado, algo de aguacate y unas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/tortillas-de-maiz\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5035\">tortillas calientitas<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Conservar Y Recalentar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La sopa minestrone con salchichas es un platillo perfecto para toda la familia y se puede preparar con d\u00edas o incluso meses de anticipaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para conservarla pueden ponerla en un contenedor con tapadera herm\u00e9tica y guardar en el refrigerador por 3-4 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieren congelarla, pueden dividirla en porciones en contenedores y guardarla en el congelador hasta por 3 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para descongelarla les recomiendo lo hagan lentamente y dentro el refrigerador (pueden dejarla toda la noche).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para recalentarla bastar\u00e1 que la pongan en una olla y calienten a fuego medio-alto en la estufa mezclando una o dos veces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O tambi\u00e9n
