Este platillo era la estrella del men\u00fa y esta es la receta aut\u00e9ntica de mi familia. Estoy muy orgullosa de compartirla con ustedes. \u00a1As\u00ed que empecemos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ma\u00edz<\/strong>: Estoy utilizando ma\u00edz cacahuazintle prenixtamalizado, pero puedes sustituirlo con ma\u00edz hominy enlatado. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carne de cerdo<\/strong>: Tradicionalmente, se utiliza una combinaci\u00f3n de varios cortes para este tipo de pozole, as\u00ed que estoy utilizando panceta de cerdo, costillas, lomo y cuerito. Aseg\u00farate de cortarlo todo en trozos grandes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Para el recaudo blanco<\/strong>: Necesitar\u00e1s una cabeza peque\u00f1a de ajos, cebolla, hojas de laurel, or\u00e9gano, comino entero, granos de pimienta negra y sal. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Para servir<\/strong>: Lechuga, cebolla, r\u00e1banos, or\u00e9gano, lim\u00f3n, tostadas y tu salsa favorita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Hacer Pozole Blanco Tradicional<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Coloca el ma\u00edz seco en un recipiente grande y c\u00fabrelo bien con agua. Mezclar bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar ahora la carne de puerco previamente lavada y sazonar con sal. En el caso que el ma\u00edz a\u00fan se sienta un poco duro, pueden continuar la cocci\u00f3n sin la carne dentro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir el pozole como indicado a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Servir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner bastantes granos y caldo del pozole en un plato hondo grande y agregar la carne desmenuzada encima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner lechuga y cebolla picadas, rodajas de rabanitos y un poco de \u00f3regano. Servir con una exprimida de lim\u00f3n, un poco de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/salsa-de-chile-de-arbol\/\">chile en aceite<\/a> y acompa\u00f1ar con tostadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Descabezar los granos de ma\u00edz es la parte m\u00e1s tediosa de esta preparaci\u00f3n. Yo normalmente lo hago mientras veo algo en la TV, se me pasa el tiempo volando y en menos de lo que pienso ya tengo el ma\u00edz limpio y listo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Como hacer pozole blanco en olla peque\u00f1a:<\/strong> Si no tienen una olla lo bastante grande pueden usar dos contempor\u00e1neamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personalmente me gusta que el pozole sea espeso, por eso trato de no agregar mucha agua, en todo caso es necesario el l\u00edquido para que la carne se cueza. As\u00ed que si ven que hace falta, pueden agregar m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El jugo del pozole deber\u00e1 estar un poco espeso. Si no fuera ese el caso pueden machacar algunos granos de ma\u00edz contra las paredes de la olla usando una cuchara grande, este truco lo hac\u00eda mi mam\u00e1 Elvira y a\u00fan me funciona de maravilla.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Conservar y Recalentar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora que ya saben como hacer pozole blanco, d\u00e9jenme decirles como conservarlo y recalentarlo (\u00a1que rico!):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>En el Refrigerador<\/strong>: Una vez que el pozole estar\u00e1 completamente a temperatura ambiente, poner los sobrantes en un contenedor o varios contenedores con tapadera herm\u00e9tica. Luego, guardarlo en el refrigerador hasta por 4 d\u00edas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>En el congelador<\/strong>: Ponerlo en un contenedor grande, que sea adapto para congelar, les recomiendo poner atenci\u00f3n ya que si meten cualquier tipo de contenedor al congelador corren el riesgo que se quiebre o reviente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n pueden usar bolsitas para congelar y sobre todo, no se les olvide de poner la fecha en el que cocinaron el platillo. En el congelador, les durar\u00e1 hasta 3 meses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recalentar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si lo sacan del congelador es mejor dejarlo descongelar desde la noche antes en el refrigerador, as\u00ed se descongela de poco a poco sin cambios bruscos de temperatura que pueden afectar el sabor, la textura y sobre todo arriesgar que se les eche a perder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez descongelado, poner el pozole en una olla y si es necesario agregarle un chorrito de caldo o de agua para que sea menos espeso. Calentarlo a flama media en la estufa mezclando de vez en cuando. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si usan el microondas en intervalos de 2 minutos mezclando despu\u00e9s de cada uno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
