Son consumidos simplemente servidos y acompa\u00f1ados con queso, chiles y tortillas. O tambi\u00e9n para acompa\u00f1ar otros platillos e incluso para usar en la preparaci\u00f3n de muchas otras recetas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En todo M\u00e9xico existen muchas y diferentes maneras de prepararlos, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n como decenas de variedades de este legumbre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los frijoles negros son muy populares en el sur del pa\u00eds, mientras que los pintos en el norte, los tipo peruanos en el centro, flor de junio, bayos. \u00a1Existen m\u00e1s de 70 tipos de frijoles en el pa\u00eds!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No existe una receta \u00fanica para prepararlos. Si los legumbres son de buena calidad y nuevos, su sabor basta para obtener un platillo delicioso.<\/li><li><strong>Sal<\/strong>: La sal es necesaria para dar sabor y puede ser puesta desde el momento de poner el frijol a cocinar.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como hacer frijoles de la olla<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La noche anterior, limpiar y lavar los frijoles perfectamente y ponerlos en un cuenco grande. El tiempo de cocci\u00f3n es entre 60 y 90 minutos a flama media (llevan primero a hervor a flama alta y enseguida la bajan para continuar la cocci\u00f3n). Deber\u00e1n siempre controlar que el agua cubra todo el tiempo los frijoles y a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s si es necesario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Como hacer frijoles de la olla con la Instant Pot o con la olla express:&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 30-35 minutos desde que empieza la presi\u00f3n (cuando silba). No es necesario controlar los frijoles ya que el l\u00edquido lo ponen en base a lo que se\u00f1ala la olla.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aseg\u00farense de agregar los frijoles en un contenedor grande con bastante agua ya que absorber\u00e1n mucho durante el tiempo de reposo.<\/li><li>Si desean y en el caso que el frijol resulten indigestos o est\u00e9n un poco viejos, pueden agregar una cucharadita de bicarbonato al momento de ponerlos a reposar.<\/li><li>Pueden experimentar con otros aromas y sabores como una rama de epazote, cilantro, hojas de laurel, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como servir o usar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora que ya saben como hacer frijoles de la olla, es momento de disfrutarlos con un poco de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/queso-fresco\/\">queso fresco<\/a> encima, una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/salsa-asada-de-molcajete\/\">salsa de molcajete<\/a> (mi preferida!) y unas deliciosas tortillas reci\u00e9n salidas del comal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se pueden usar para acompa\u00f1ar unos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/chicharrones-en-salsa-roja\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"29942\">chicharrones en salsa roja<\/a>. Descartar cualquier ingrediente extra que hayan agregado (epazote, cebolla, ajo, laurel, etc.) y dividir en porciones al gusto.
