masa con harina, bastar\u00e1n unas dos cucharadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapar con una tela limpia y poner a reposar en un lugar tibio (por ejemplo el horno apagado con la luz encendida) por <strong>1 hora horno y vaciar encima la masa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayud\u00e1ndose con una esp\u00e1tula (enharinarla primero) darle una forma alargada a la masa gir\u00e1ndola sobre si misma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure manos y alargar la masa formando una hogaza, para que resulte de una apariencia y textura m\u00e1s r\u00fastica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pueden torcer las extremidades alargando la masa delicadamente para no del pan con muy poca harina. Cubrir la masa con una tela limpia y dejarla reposando en lo que calientan el horno (unos 20-30min).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Hornear<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Encender el horno a 240\u00b0C\/465\u00b0F.\u00a0 Poner a calentar en un cazo (que se pueda meter al horno) un litro de agua. <\/li><li>Apenas hierva el agua y el horno haya alcanzado la temperatura adecuada, meter el pan, poner el cazo de agua en el fondo del horno y cerrar. <\/li><li>Inmediatamente bajar la temperatura del horno a 200\u00b0C\/400\u00b0F y hornear el pan por aproximadamente 30 minutos y cuando vean que la superficie est\u00e1 dorada.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-theme-palette-7-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notas de la Receta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si desean que la hogaza de pan tenga \u00aboreja\u00bb pueden hacer un corte a lo largo un minuto antes de poner en el horno.<\/li><li>Es importante no abrir el horno en los primeros 20 minutos, una vez pasados esos pueden controlar la cocci\u00f3n del pan.<\/li><li>El cazo con agua crea un ambiente de vapor en el horno, algunos hornos modernos ya traen esa funci\u00f3n integrada, si ese es el caso, pueden saltar ese paso de poner el agua dentro.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Con que acompa\u00f1ar este pan casero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/costillitas-en-chile-pasilla\/\">Costillas de cerdo en adobo<\/a> &#8211; Un delicioso guisado Mexicano preparado con una salsa de chiles y especias.<\/li><li><a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/picadillo-con-papas\/\">Picadillo con papas<\/a> &#8211; Cl\u00e1sico platillo Latinoamericano, en este caso la versi\u00f3n Mexicana con papas.<\/li><li><a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/ternera-rellena-de-hongos\/\">Ternera rellena de hongos<\/a> &#8211; Platillo Italiano, muy adapto para las fiestas y ocasiones especiales.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Conservar el Pan Casero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta de pan es perfecta para cualquier d\u00eda de la semana y pueden multiplicar los ingredientes para hacer dos, tres o hasta cuatro hogazas el mismo d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para conservarlo primero tienen que dejarlo enfr\u00edar completamente ya que la humedad puede crear hongos y echarlo a perder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez fr\u00edo, lo pueden poner en un contenedor para pan, de preferencia primero envolverlo con una servilleta limpia.
