Son M\u00e9xico, son desayunos con la abuela los domingos, son reuniones en la mesa familiar por las ma\u00f1anas, son cultura gastron\u00f3mica y algo que yo preparo en casa cada vez que no puedo con el antojo porque \u00a1Ah, si! de diet\u00e9ticos no tienen nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esos trozos de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/tortillas-de-maiz\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">tortilla de ma\u00edz<\/a> frita y ba\u00f1ada en salsa, acompa\u00f1ados de abundante <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/queso-fresco\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">queso fresco<\/a> espolvoreado, crema \u00e1cida y huevo frito, son como poes\u00eda pura para los que vivimos fuera de M\u00e9xico. Dejarlos enfr\u00edar y reservar el agua de cocci\u00f3n. En una licuadora poner los tomatillos, los chiles, un trozo grande de cebolla, el ajo pelado y un pu\u00f1ado de cilantro fresco. Condimentar al gusto con caldo de pollo, salpimentar. Dejar hervir por 10 minutos. Rectificar de sal, apagar la flama y cubrir. A disfrutar estos delicious chilaquiles verdes con huevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notas y consejos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Normalmente en M\u00e9xico se acostumbra usar las tortillas del d\u00eda anterior ya que es una manera de reciclarlas.
