Se pueden usar frescos o enlatados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Crema<\/strong>: Lo ideal es usar media crema Mexicana, pero si no consiguen pueden usar crema entera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mantequilla<\/strong>: Para cocinar un poco la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caldo<\/strong>: Para licuar los ingredientes de la salsa, tambi\u00e9n pueden usar agua y agregar caldo de pollo en polvo para darle sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cilantro<\/strong>: Les recomiendo que usen solo un poco para darle color ya que si ponen demasiado podr\u00eda cubrir el sabor del chile poblano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Especias<\/strong>: Ajo, sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Queso<\/strong>: Para servir, pueden usar queso fresco, queso cotija u otro tipo de queso que prefieran.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"substitutos-para-el-chile-poblano\">Substitutos para el chile poblano<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pimientos verdes<\/strong>: Esta es la mejor opci\u00f3n porque los pimientos se pueden conseguir en muchas partes del mundo. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jalape\u00f1os verdes<\/strong>: Pueden tambi\u00e9n prepararlos con este tipo de chiles si es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil encontrarlos donde viven. Ponerlos en una bolsa o contenedor de pl\u00e1stico y envolverlos en un trapo de cocina. Dejar hervir por 5 minutos o hasta que la salsa espese. d\u00edas en el refrigerador bien guardado en un recipiente con tapadera herm\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para recalentarlo pueden ponerlo en una cazuela con un chorrito de leche o caldo de pollo y
