El mes en el que envasamos todo lo bueno que el verano nos dio en abundancia para poder disfrutarlo en los meses venideros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo no soy mucho de hacer conservas porque el departamento en el que vivo es muy peque\u00f1o y no cuento con una despensa grande, me resulta m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil caminar 5 minutos e ir al supermercado a comprar un frasco de pimientos que mantener dicho frasco en los estantes por algunos meses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero no hay ni punto de comparaci\u00f3n cuando se trata de sabor, el de hecho en casa es sin duda mucho mejor, as\u00ed que de vez en cuando me doy un gustito y preparo algunas conservas de verduras o frutas que nos encantan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una de esas son las <strong>berenjenas en escabeche con aceite de oliva<\/strong>, a Max le gustan mucho y casi siempre las tenemos en casa para prepararnos una bruschetta cuando tenemos antojo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"683\" height=\"1024\" data-pin-nopin=\"nopin\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/berenjenas-en-escabeche\/?tp_image_id=27502\" data-pin-title=\"VIDEO - receta de berenjenas en escabeche paso a paso\" data-pin-description=\"Como hacer berenjenas en escabeche caseras. Pueden usar berenjenas de cualquier tipo. Cuando comience a hervir agregar las berenjenas y dejar cocinar por m\u00e1ximo 1 minuto. Pueden realizar esta operaci\u00f3n con pocas berenjenas a la vez por dos o tres veces. Sacar las berenjenas y ponerlas en un colador a escurrir. Con las cantidades que les he dado yo us\u00e9 6 frascos de 250ml. Dejar reposar por 12 horas los frascos poni\u00e9ndoles la tapa encima pero sin cerrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pasado el reposo tienen dos opciones: Cerrar el frasco y ponerlo en un lugar fresco, seco y oscuro donde dejar\u00e1n pasar al menos una semana antes de su consumo o pueden tambi\u00e9n cerrarlos y ponerlos a hervir por 20 minutos en agua, teniendo en cuenta que cambiar\u00e1 un poco la textura de las berenjenas porque se cocinar\u00e1n otro poco.
