No. No creo, porque la escrib\u00ed hace mucho, cuando me seguian solo dos o tres personitas muy lindas adem\u00e1s de pepito y su mu\u00f1eco de peluche.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno, pues si se la perdieron esta es una buena oportunidad de leerla y si les da flojera (que es muy posible) se los digo otra vez: <b>Las peras me odian.<\/b> No hay nada que hacer. Las veo hermosas, incitantes y mucho m\u00e1s apetecibles que la m\u00e1s roja de las manzanas, incluyendo la que mordi\u00f3 Ad\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando voy al mercado y camino por los pasillos regode\u00e1ndome con los colores de la fruta por doquier, los olores mezclados y las texturas de los productos ex\u00f3ticos que se encuentran ah\u00ed; invariablemente las encuentro, de todos tipos y colores. Y las compro. De pura rabia pues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo es posible que si para la <b>Meg Ryan<\/b> y para todo el resto del planeta tierra una pera pueda ser deliciosa para mi es como jugar a la ruleta rusa? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 me deben tocar las peras m\u00e1s desabridas, pastosas e incomibles de toda la cosecha italiana? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las escojo cuidadosamente, las lavo con atenci\u00f3n, les hablo con cari\u00f1o y hasta me ridiculizo actuando como la Ryan para ver si as\u00ed se apiadan de mi y me conceden un poco de su dulzura. Nada. Yo no escojo las peras. Las peras me escogen a mi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y bueno, todo este <i>rampage<\/i> fu\u00e9 solamente para decirles que compr\u00e9 unas peras preciosas hace unos d\u00edas, intent\u00e9 comerlas crudas como la gente normal y pas\u00f3 lo que ten\u00eda que pasar. Que eran horribles.<br>As\u00ed que decid\u00ed (como siempre) darles <i>matarile-rile-ron<\/i> y asesinarlas con el cuchillo de mi desprecio. Ok. No. Solo las cocin\u00e9 un poco para hacer una tarta de peras y <em>ricotta<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tarta de peras y ricotta | Receta paso a paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ingredientes:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Masa:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 gr de harina todo uso<\/li><li>100 gr de mantequilla<\/li><li>100 gr de az\u00facar glass<\/li><li>1 huevo<\/li><li>Ralladura de lim\u00f3n<\/li><li>1 pizca de sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Relleno:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 gr de ricotta<\/li><li>1 pera grande<\/li><li>60 gr de az\u00facar + 30gr para las peras<\/li><li>1 huevo<\/li><li>60 ml de leche<\/li><li>1 cdita. de extracto de vainilla<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Para servir:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Az\u00facar glass para decorar<\/li><li>Pistachos picados<\/li><li>Sirope de pera<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una encimera poner la harina, hacer un volc\u00e1n y agregar el az\u00facar glass (fina), unir la mantequilla (fr\u00eda, apenas sacada del refrigerador) y la pizca de sal y con una esp\u00e1tula comenzar a \u00abcortar\u00bb los ingredientes hasta obtener una mezcla arenosa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hacer un hueco en medio y agregar la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, poner el huevo y comenzar a juntar los ingredientes con la esp\u00e1tula y enseguida con las manos, tratando de hacerlo de manera r\u00e1pida para evitar de calentar la masa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"623\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/crostata-de-peras-y-ricotta\/?tp_image_id=31656\" data-pin-nopin=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/sweet_ricotta_crostata-dough-1024x623.jpg\" alt=\"preparando masa frola para la crostata.\" class=\"wp-image-31656\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/sweet_ricotta_crostata-dough-1024x623.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/sweet_ricotta_crostata-dough-300x183.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/sweet_ricotta_crostata-dough-768x467.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/sweet_ricotta_crostata-dough.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Amasar por unos 2-3 minutos, el tiempo justo para integrar los ingredientes. Poner una sart\u00e9n o cazo a fuego medio, agregar 300 ml de agua y 30 gr de az\u00facar, disolver. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar las peras y cocinar por aproximadamente 10-12 minutos o hasta que las peras est\u00e9n tiernas pero no deshaci\u00e9ndose. Poner las peras en un colador. Con los dedos ayudarse para que la masa quede bien pegada al fondo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortar los excedentes en las orillas y picar con un tenedor la masa. Sacar la crostata del horno, quitarle las bolitas de encima y dejar enfriar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparar el relleno:<\/strong> En un cuenco poner la ricotta, enseguida el az\u00facar (60 gr), el huevo y la vainilla. Unir la leche y mezclar hasta obtener una crema espesa. Vaciar mitad del preparado en la crostata, enseguida acomodar las rebanadas de peras en cuatro hileras cruzadas (como mostrado en la foto\/video). style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Hacer un hueco en medio y agregar la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, poner el huevo y comenzar a juntar los ingredientes con la esp\u00e1tula y enseguida con las manos, tratando de hacerlo de manera r\u00e1pida para evitar de calentar la masa.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-34293-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Amasar por unos 2-3 minutos, el tiempo justo para integrar los ingredientes. Hacer una bola, envolver con film de cocina y dejar reposando dentro el refrigerador por 30 minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-34293-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Pelar la pera y cortarla por la mitad, descartar las semillas y enseguida cortarla en rebanadas delgadas. Poner una sart\u00e9n o cazo a fuego medio, agregar 300 ml de agua y 30 gr de az\u00facar, disolver.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-34293-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Agregar las peras y cocinar por aproximadamente 10-12 minutos o hasta que las peras est\u00e9n tiernas pero no deshaci\u00e9ndose. Poner las peras en un colador. Dejar la sart\u00e9n en el fuego hasta reducir el l\u00edquido y obtener una especie de miel, pueden usar esta miel si gustan para poner encima a la crostata cuando la sirvan.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-34293-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Espolvorear de harina la mesa de trabajo, poner la masa y extenderla en un c\u00edrculo m\u00e1s grande que el molde  donde har\u00e1n la crostata (un molde de unos 22-24m es suficiente), enrollar la masa extendida en el rodillo y cuidadosamente ponerla en el molde para crostata. Con los dedos ayudarse para que la masa quede bien pegada al fondo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-34293-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Cortar los excedentes en las orillas y picar con un tenedor la masa. Poner un pedazo de papel para hornear encima de la masa, agregar bolitas de cer\u00e1mica para hornear, si no las tienen pueden usar frijoles secos (no se preocupen, no se quemar\u00e1n). Hornear a 175\u00b0C por 15 minutos. Sacar la crostata del horno, quitarle las bolitas de encima y dejar enfriar.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-34293-step-0-7\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Preparar el relleno: En un cuenco poner la ricotta, enseguida el az\u00facar (60 gr), el huevo y la vainilla. Unir la leche y mezclar hasta obtener una crema espesa. Vaciar mitad del preparado en la crostata, enseguida acomodar las rebanadas de peras en cuatro hileras cruzadas (como mostrado en la foto\/video). Poner la otra mitad tratando de no cubrir completamente las peras.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-34293-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Hornear a 175\u00b0C por aproximadamente 20-25 minutos o hasta que el relleno se vea y sienta ligeramente firme, no importa si al centro se siente un poco suave, con el reposo se reafirmar\u00e1.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-34293-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Poner la crostata sobre una parrilla a enfriar, yo recomiendo dejarla dentro el molde que la han preparado pero si quieren ponerla
