Se trata de capas alternadas de tortillas, pollo, verduras y una simple pero deliciosa salsa de tomate; que termina con una sabrosa capa derretida de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mexicodesconocido.com.mx\/quien-invento-el-queso-oaxaca-y-cual-es-su-verdadero-nombre.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">queso Oaxaca<\/a> encima. \u00a1Una verdadera delicia!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es una receta relativamente nueva que ha tomado mucha popularidad gracias a que es tambi\u00e9n una receta de reciclaje. Pueden comprarlas ya hechas o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/tortillas-de-maiz\/\">prepararlas en casa con nuestra receta<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POLLO<\/strong> &#8211; Pueden usar la receta que les dejamos para preparar el pollo del relleno o usar el que les sobre de otras preparaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VERDURAS SALTEADAS<\/strong> &#8211; Chile poblano, cebollas y elote. M\u00e1s abajo les dejamos los substitutos en caso no encuentren o lo quieran hacer diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SALSA<\/strong> &#8211; Una salsa ligera de tomate para mojar las capas del pastel. Pueden hacerlo como nosotros o agregarla a las verduras cuando las preparen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUESO &amp; CREMA<\/strong> &#8211; Queso Oaxaca (quesillo) y crema mexicana. No es f\u00e1cil encontrar ciertos ingredientes; as\u00ed que lo mejor es substituirlos con algo que sea lo m\u00e1s cercano posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHILES POBLANOS<\/strong> &#8211; Substituir con pimientos verdes o con pimientos italianos (friggitelli) que tienen un sabor muy parecido y se puede encontrar en muchos pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>QUESO OAXACA<\/strong> &#8211; Pueden usar cualquier tipo de queso que se preste para gratinar y que sea m\u00e1s accesible en el lugar donde vivan. Algunas opciones son: <strong>Gouda, Caciotta, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella, Fontina, Gruy\u00e8re, Cheddar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CREMA MEXICANA<\/strong> &#8211; Una receta que no me falla para hacer crema mexicana r\u00e1pido y f\u00e1cil es: 1 parte de crema de leche entera (la que encuentren en donde vivan) + 1\/2 parte de yogurt greco +  jugo de lim\u00f3n + sal. Mezclan todo y listo. El sabor es muy parecido a la crema mexicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ELOTE<\/strong> &#8211; Yo casi siempre uso elote enlatado ya que el ma\u00edz fresco aqu\u00ed donde vivo es solo por temporada. Llevar a hervor y dejar cocinar hasta que la carne est\u00e9 tierna. Colar el caldo y reservar. Dejar enfriar el pollo y luego desmenuzar muy bien. En un cazo calentar el aceite y sofre\u00edr la salsa, salpimentar al gusto y agregar el comino. Llevar a ebullici\u00f3n y bajar la flama a media, dejar reducir la salsa hasta que este espesa (unos 10 minutos). Pelarlo, partirlo por la mitad y descartar el tallo y todas las semillas junto con las venas; cortarlo en tiras. Cortar la cebolla en rodajas finas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n calentar el aceite y saltear la cebolla y el elote juntos hasta que ambos est\u00e9n tiernos. Agregar el chile poblano y salpimentar todo. Acomodar en un plato y reservar. Rallar el queso y reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ensamblar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner un poco de salsa en el fondo del molde cubriendo bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image tortillas, salsa, pollo, verduras, crema y queso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, hacer una \u00faltima capa de tortillas a la que agregar\u00e1n solamente salsa, crema y queso.
