No hay de otra. Para un buen estofado italiano es necesario que la cocci\u00f3n sea lenta y a fuego bajo. Si, se puede tambi\u00e9n hacer en olla r\u00e1pida pero el sabor -en mi opini\u00f3n- cambia mucho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>EL SABOR<\/strong> &#8211; La cocina italiana se basa en sabores simples, nada de caldos o saborizantes artificiales. Las verduras y especias, adem\u00e1s de la carne, aportan ya de suyo un sabor delicioso a este platillo. Una buena base sin duda es el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/sofrito-italiano\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">sofrito de verduras<\/a> que se compone de cebolla, zanahoria y apio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mi me ense\u00f1\u00f3 mi suegra a hacer este estofado Italiano  y aunque es un platillo bastante simple y f\u00e1cil de preparar, la verdad es que le tengo mucho cari\u00f1o porque fue de los primeros con los que me atrev\u00ed a experimentar en la cocina italiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receta Paso a Paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Salpimentar la carne por todos lados. Picar finamente la cebolla, el apio, la zanahoria y el ajo para preparar el sofrito. Dejar que el alcohol evapore completamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar el laurel y cubrir perfectamente la carne con agua (o caldo). Salar ligeramente, llevar a ebullici\u00f3n, tapar la cacerola y bajar la flama al m\u00ednimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dejar cocinar por dos-tres horas o hasta que la carne est\u00e9 tierna.
