Cubrir con agua y hervir las papas hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transferir las papas en un plato o cuenco y dejarlas enfriar ligeramente hasta que puedan tomarlas con las manos sin quemarse. Pelarlas y machacarlas con un machacador de papas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner el pur\u00e9 de papas en un cuenco y agregar el queso, la paprika, el comino, el ajo y salpimentar al gusto. Las tortillas se endurecer\u00e1n un poco y ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil freirlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hacer la salsa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hervir los tomates en agua hasta que se les empiece a desprender la piel. Quitarles la piel y ponerlos en una licuadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar el ajo, comino y pimienta. Agregar la salsa y dejar que se sofr\u00eda por medio minuto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar otra taza de agua de cocci\u00f3n y condimentar con sal al gusto. Dejar que la salsa hierva a fuego bajo por 5 minutos. Encima acomodar un poco de lechuga y ba\u00f1ar con un poco de salsa. Poner las cebollas y espolvorear con queso. Si le mezcla de papas es muy h\u00fameda puede provocar que se salga del taco y reviente o salte mientras se est\u00e1n friendo.<\/li><li>Pueden preparar la mezcla de papas hasta 3 d\u00edas antes de hacer los tacos y mantenerla en el refrigerador hasta que la necesiten.<\/li><li>Tambi\u00e9n pueden preparar los tacos y antes de fre\u00edrlos ponerlos en bolsas herm\u00e9ticas y congelarlos.
