Tiene muy pocas calor\u00edas y es alto en nutrientes como potasio, calcio y vitamina C.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqu\u00ed donde vivo (Italia) es una verdura muy popular. Los bulbos se consumen crudos o cocidos y las semillas se usan en much\u00edsimas recetas para enlazar el sabor de las mismas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los bulbos cuando son crudos tienen una consistencia crujiente, como la del apio y una vez cocidos son muy suaves y acuosos al tacto. Agregar la salsa de tomate, salpimentar y dejar cocinar por 20 minutos a fuego bajo para que no se reduzca demasiado. Rectificar de sal y pimienta, descartar el ajo y reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar y mondar los bulbos de hinojos, cortarlos por mitad a lo largo y luego en filetes no demasiado finos. Quitar el papel y continuar horneando por otros 10-15 minutos o hasta que la superficie tome un color ligeramente dorado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir acompa\u00f1ado con pan tostado como platillo \u00fanico ligero o como guarnici\u00f3n de un plato de carne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfSe pueden preparar con tiempo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si. Pueden prepararlos con dos d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n y cubrir el refractario o molde con film de cocina y ponerlo en el refrigerador. Cuando decidan de cocinarlos quitan el film y los hornean como indicado en la receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como conservar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les han sobrado un poco de hinojos gratinados pueden ponerlos en un contenedor de pl\u00e1stico con tapadera y conservarlos en el refrigerados por un m\u00e1ximo de 3 d\u00edas. Pueden tambi\u00e9n congelarlos hasta por dos meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como servir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este platillo es ideal por si solo para una cena o almuerzo ligero, pero tambi\u00e9n pueden servirlo como acompa\u00f1amiento para platillos de carne como por ejemplo esta <a class=\"rank-math-link\"
