Con un delicado sabor a chile poblano y cilantro, el sabor de este arrocito es inconfundible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arom\u00e1tico<\/strong>. El cilantro aporta una frescura y aroma muy particular, lo mismo el chile poblano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Econ\u00f3mico<\/strong>. Los ingredientes cuestan poco, incluso en el extranjero. Adem\u00e1s, rinde bastante y eso lo hace muy barato para servir en fiestas y reuniones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00e1cil de preparar<\/strong>. No necesitas grandes conocimientos en la cocina, bastar\u00e1 que pongas atenci\u00f3n a un par de detalles que te explico abajo y te aseguro que tendr\u00e1s un arroz verde esponjadito y delicioso para acompa\u00f1ar tus platillos preferidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vers\u00e1til<\/strong>. Puedes usar varios ingredientes para darle ese toque verde brillante, adem\u00e1s, puedes agregar otros ingredientes extras como ch\u00edcharos o ejotes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"1800\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/arroz-verde-mexicano\/?tp_image_id=78197\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/mexican-green-rice-arroz-verde-1.jpg\" alt=\"Arroz verde Mexicano en un plato.\" class=\"wp-image-78197\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/mexican-green-rice-arroz-verde-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/mexican-green-rice-arroz-verde-1-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/mexican-green-rice-arroz-verde-1-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/mexican-green-rice-arroz-verde-1-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/mexican-green-rice-arroz-verde-1-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/mexican-green-rice-arroz-verde-1-150x225.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes y substitutos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En la receta que les propongo les quiero compartir un par de sugerencias para aquellos que viven fuera de M\u00e9xico y no les resulta tan f\u00e1cil conseguir ciertos ingredientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHILE POBLANO<\/strong> &#8211; Los chiles poblanos frescos son muy dif\u00edcil de encontrar fuera del territorio mexicano, as\u00ed que tienen dos opciones: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una es que usen chile poblano enlatado, lo venden en las tiendas de productos Mexicanos o en Amazon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La otra es que usen otro tipo de chile que se parezca en sabor al poblano, por ejemplo, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En USA pueden usar Anaheim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En Italia los chiles <em>friggitelli<\/em> o el <em>peperone corno<\/em> tienen un sabor parecido al poblano.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En Espa\u00f1a el morr\u00f3n verde o pimientos de padr\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En Hungr\u00eda hay un tipo de chile verde que emplean mucho para rellenar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En Turqu\u00eda, Marruecos y Grecia son muy comunes los chiles verdes sin picante que usan para ensaladas y salsas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Y por \u00faltimo una opci\u00f3n que no falla y que da un sabor delicioso al arroz es utilizar <strong>pimiento morr\u00f3n verde<\/strong>. Yo lo hago seguido de esta manera y queda perfecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CILANTRO<\/strong> &#8211; Pueden utilizar cilantro seco para obtener ese delicioso sabor. O tambi\u00e9n pueden usar semillas de cilantro a las que pueden hacer polvo en un mortero. Luego, para darle color pueden agregar unas ramitas de perejil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ELOTE<\/strong> &#8211; Usen del elote amarillo enlatado si no consiguen elote fresco. Una latita peque\u00f1a de 200g bastar\u00e1 para esta receta. \u00daltimamente se pueden conseguir tambi\u00e9n latitas de elote blanco Mexicano online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ARROZ<\/strong> &#8211; Con el arroz tenemos varias opciones para substituir el que usamos en M\u00e9xico. Por ejemplo: Basmati, Tai o Jazm\u00edn son muy buenas opciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CEBOLLA Y AJO<\/strong> &#8211; Con estos no van a tener problema porque se consiguen en casi todo el mundo. Pueden usar ajo en polvo o del machacado que viene en frasquitos, lo que les sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CALDO<\/strong> &#8211; En M\u00e9xico usamos el de la marca Knorr\u00ae pero pueden substituirlo con el que tengan disponible donde vivan.
