Agregarlos en una olla grande y cubrirlos con agua de al menos 2 cent\u00edmetros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00f1adir sal, la cebolla en trozos grandes y los dientes de ajo enteros a la olla. Retirar la cebolla y los dientes de ajo de la olla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n o cacerola calentar la manteca a fuego moderado (no dejen que se queme!). Pero si son un poco viejos, es recomendable remojarlos durante la noche antes de cocinarlos. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a ablandarlos y acelerar\u00e1 el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cocci\u00f3n de los frijoles<\/strong>: Aseg\u00farense de cocinar muy bien los frijoles los hasta que est\u00e9n bien tiernos y suaves.
