class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que Tipo de Patatas Escoger<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El mejor tipo de patata para una buena ensalada es una que aguante bien la cocci\u00f3n sin deshacerse, la mejor opci\u00f3n ser\u00edan las <strong>papitas cambray<\/strong> que adem\u00e1s no es necesario pelarlas porque su piel es muy fina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro tipo que podr\u00eda servir perfectamente para esta ensalada de patatas ser\u00eda la rosa o colorada (si viven en M\u00e9xico), en otras partes del mundo pueden buscar un tipo de patatas como la <strong>pontiac<\/strong>, <strong>kennebec<\/strong>, patata blanca mediana hervida tiene tan solo 110 calor\u00edas es un excelente alimento con docenas de saludables fitoqu\u00edmicos y vitaminas. Reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparar la ensalada de patatas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En un cuenco grande poner la cebolla cortada en rodajas finas. Agregar el vinagre, aceite de oliva, un poco de sal y el jugo de medio lim\u00f3n. Mezclar bien y dejar reposar 10 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un mortero poner un diente de ajo, media cucharadita de sal y algunas hojas de perejil. Unir un poco de aceite de oliva y machacar todo hasta obtener una especie de pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" cebolla marinada, unir la pasta de ajo, la ralladura del lim\u00f3n y abundante perejil picado finamente, mezclar perfectamente y rectificar de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image menos en la misma medida para que se cuezan parejo.<\/li><li>Si no les molesta el sabor y textura del ajo picado pueden agregarlo de esa manera a la ensalada en lugar de machacarlo en un mortero.<\/li><li>Escojan un buen aceite de oliva virgen extra, esto hace de este platillo tan sencillo algo de verdad especial.<\/li><li>Esta ensalada es perfecta para llevar a un picnic o a una reuni\u00f3n ya que se conserva perfectamente en el refrigerador y se sirve fr\u00eda.<\/li><li>Otra variante que yo personalmente uso mucho es la de agregarle un poco de chile verde picado o de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/jalapenos-en-vinagre\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"5302\">jalape\u00f1os en vinagre<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 Conservar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Poner la ensalada o los sobrantes de la misma en un contenedor, de preferencia de vidrio ya que conserva mejor los aromas y los sabores.<\/li><li>Tapar herm\u00e9ticamente, si la tapadera del contenedor no cierra bien, pueden primero cubrir con un poco de film de cocina y enseguida poner la tapadera.<\/li><li>Poner el el
