Este platillo consiste en rebanas de queso mozzarella empanadas y fritas en abundante aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuera de Italia, este platillo viene presentado como <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Palitos_de_mozzarella\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mozzarella sticks<\/a> y se realiza cortando el queso en forma de bastones peque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalmente este <em>antipasto<\/em> se sirve tal cual, sin ning\u00fan tipo de acompa\u00f1amiento, pero nosotros quisimos servirlo con una salsa de tomate y albahaca que le va perfecto. Tambi\u00e9n lo hemos servido con <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/salsa-guacamole-taquera\/\">salsa guacamole<\/a> y a nuestros comensales \u00a1les encanta!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>El secreto para una perfecta, crujiente mozzarella es empanarla dos veces ya que esto sellar\u00e1 bien el queso y evitar\u00e1 que salga durante la fritura.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfSe puede congelar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si. Deben dejarlas enfr\u00edar completamente y enseguida ponerlas en bolsitas ziplock. Ponerlas en un colador y acomodarlo dentro un cuenco. Acomodar en un plato.
