Yo lo preparo muy seguido a casa en esta temporada y lo acompa\u00f1o solo de un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/pan-facil-y-rapido-sin-amasado\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">buen pan casero<\/a> para limpiar el plato al final (aqu\u00ed dicen <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sapere.it\/sapere\/strumenti\/domande-risposte\/di-tutto-un-po\/fare-la-scarpetta.html\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fare la scarpetta<\/a><\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Versiones del pollo a la romana <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta tiene sus variantes, incluso aqu\u00ed mismo en Roma. Una es la de agregarle papas al preparado y que en lo personal, es una de mis versiones preferidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 la versi\u00f3n sin tomate y solamente con pimientos; que es una de las m\u00e1s gustadas aqu\u00ed en la Ciudad Eterna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes para el pollo con pimientos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>POLLO<\/strong> &#8211; En trozos. Normalmente yo uso un pollo entero peque\u00f1o pero tambi\u00e9n se puede preparar solamente con un tipo de piezas, por ejemplo muslos, piernas o incluso pechuga cortada en trozos.<\/li><li><strong>TOMATES<\/strong> &#8211; Frescos y ligeramente hervidos. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden usar tomates enlatados si as\u00ed lo prefieren.<\/li><li><strong>PIMIENTOS<\/strong> &#8211; Normalmente se usan amarillos y rojos porque aparte de ser los m\u00e1s comunes aqu\u00ed, tambi\u00e9n son los m\u00e1s dulces. No recomiendo usar pimientos verdes ya que tienden a tener un sabor diferente.<\/li><li><strong>CEBOLLA<\/strong> &#8211; Blanca, cortada finamente, puede ser blanca, dorada o incluso morada.<\/li><li><strong>VINO<\/strong> &#8211; Vino blanco es lo que normalmente se usa, pero si no quieren agregarlo pueden usar un chorrito de vinagre tambi\u00e9n.<\/li><li><strong>HIERBAS<\/strong> &#8211; La mejorana fresca es una de las hierbas que m\u00e1s se usa aqu\u00ed en el centro del pa\u00eds. Pueden usar mejorana seca tambi\u00e9n.<\/li><li><strong>ESPECIAS<\/strong> &#8211; Ajo, sal y pimienta.<\/li><li><strong>ACEITE<\/strong> &#8211; De preferencia un buen aceite de oliva extravirgen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar el pollo, secarlo y cortarlo en piezas. Saltear por algunos minutos hasta que la cebolla comience a hacerse transparente. flama al m\u00ednimo, tapar la cacerola y cocinar por 25-30 minutos mezclando una o dos veces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al final de la cocci\u00f3n destapar y dejar evaporar el l\u00edquido al gusto
