A los peques les encantan y desaparecen en un par de minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Italia las venden en muchas panader\u00edas aunque casi siempre sin relleno. En todo caso es muy f\u00e1cil prepararlas en casa y por ello les traigo esta receta que espero se animen a hacerla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-theme-palette-7-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>*La lista con las medidas precisas de cada ingrediente la encuentran abajo en la receta para imprimir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Para la masa:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Harina todo uso.<\/li><li>Levadura para pan.<\/li><li>Agua ligeramente tibia.<\/li><li>Az\u00facar.<\/li><li>Aceite de oliva.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Para el relleno:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Queso mozzarella (o el queso de su preferencia).<\/li><li>Salami (en rodajas peque\u00f1as o cortado en trozos).<\/li><li>Salsa de tomate.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Para la salsa:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Salsa de tomate en lata.<\/li><li>Hierbas (or\u00e9gano, perejil, albahaca).<\/li><li>Especias: Ajo, sal y pimienta.<\/li><li>Aceite de oliva<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Van adem\u00e1s necesitar aceite de girasol o ma\u00edz para fre\u00edr las bolitas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Hacer Bolitas de Pizza Fritas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Disolver la sal en el agua.<\/li><li>Poner la harina en el cuenco de la amasadora junto con la levadura y el az\u00facar.<\/li><li>Agregar el agua con la sal y amasar por unos minutos a velocidad baja con el gancho.<\/li><li>Alzar la velocidad a media y unir poco a poco el aceite.<\/li><li>Continuar el amasado hasta obtener una masa tersa y con film de cocina y dejar levando por 2 horas en un lugar tibio o hasta que la masa dobe su tama\u00f1o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" tomate, el ajo, el or\u00e9gano, perejil y anbaha.<\/li><li>Salpimentar al gusto y dejar cocinar por 10 minutos o hasta que la salsa se reduzca un poco.<\/li><li>Apagar la estufa y dejar que la salsa class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"make-the-pizza-dough-balls\">Preparar las bolitas de pizza<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Espolvorear una mesa con un poco de harina. Poner la masa y amasarla un poco para desinflarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dividir la masa primero en dos porciones largas cada una. Enseguida dividir cada porci\u00f3n en 9 o 10 piezas cada una, m\u00e1s o menos del mismo tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Engrasarse las manos ligeramente con un poco de aceite.<\/li><li>Tomar una de las porciones de masa y aplanarla un poco con las manos.<\/li><li>En medio poner un poco de salsa de tomate.<\/li><li>Luego un cubito de mozzarella.<\/li><li>Y enseguida una rebanada de salami.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cerrar la masa pegando los bordes hacia el centro.<\/li><li>Con las manos darle la forma de una bola.<\/li><li>Repetir los pasos con todas las porciones de masa e irlas poniendo en la mesa espolvoreada con harina.<\/li><li>Cubrir las bolitas con film de cocina y dejarlas reposar por 15 minutos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img sart\u00e9n profunda calentar abundante aceite para fre\u00edr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fre\u00edr pocas bolitas a la vez por 3-4 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n doradas e infladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure sac\u00e1ndolas del aceite, ponerlas sobre papel absorbente y enseguida servirlas acompa\u00f1adas con la salsa de tomate que les sobr\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notas Y Consejos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La cocci\u00f3n de las bolitas de pizza se realiza en aceite caliente, pero si se desea tambi\u00e9n se pueden cocer en el horno para una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s ligera. <\/li><li>Para esto deben solo calentar el horno a 200\u00b0C y hornearlas entre 12 y 15 minutos dentro un molde para muffins.<\/li><li>Algo de tener en cuenta al momento de rellenarlas es no agregar mucha salsa ya que pueden abrirse cuando se est\u00e1n friendo. <\/li><li>Para una masa esponjosa y ligera lo mejor es respetar los tiempos de reposo de la estas bolitas de pizza apenas fritas ya que la textura cambia conforme pasan los minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero si quieren servir para una fiesta o reuni\u00f3n pueden preparar la masa con anticipaci\u00f3n de esta manera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Una vez preparada la masa y antes del primer reposo pueden ponerla en el congelador y guardar hasta por 3 meses.<\/li><li>Cuando quieran hacer la receta sacan la masa, la dejan descongelar y proceden con el levado como indicado.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n pueden preparar las bolitas rellenas y congelarlas, este m\u00e9todo es perfecto para cuando quieran hacer muchas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Colocar las bolitas en un plato ligeramente espolvoreado con harina.<\/li><li>Ponerlo en el congelador hasta que las bolitas est\u00e9n ligeramente duras (unas tres horas).<\/li><li>Pasar las bolitas a una bolsa con cierre herm\u00e9tico y congelar hasta por 3 meses.<\/li><li>Cuando quieran fre\u00edrlas tienen que desongelarlas primero y dejarlas levar por un par de horas para que se inflen de nuevo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La salsa se conserva en el
