con tema mexicano los sirva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aclarando que existen mil y una variantes de como hacer un burrito, yo hoy les quiero proponer esta porque como ya les dije, los ingredientes son f\u00e1ciles de encontrar en casi todo el mundo y cre\u00e1nme cuando les digo que gustan siempre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/chicken_and_rice_burrito.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Burritos de Pollo Receta Paso a Paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">cocer el pollo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Si usan pollo que les ha sobrado, pueden saltar este paso.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavar la pechuga de pollo, ponerla en una olla y agregar un trozo de cebolla, un poco de sal y las hojas de laurel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cubrir la carne con agua y hervir hasta que el pollo est\u00e9 completamente cocido. Para acortar tiempos pueden usar la olla de cocimiento r\u00e1pido .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El siguiente paso es desmenuzar el pollo, puede ser de dos maneras: La primera es a mano, para esto dejen enfr\u00edar la carne hasta que les sea posible desmenuzarla sin quemarse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La segunda se debe hacer cuando el pollo est\u00e9 a\u00fan caliente, para ello basta poner la carne en una batidora separada en dos trozos grandes y batir a velocidad baja por un minuto o hasta que la carne est\u00e9 desmenuzada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparar el relleno<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Mondar los pimientos y cortarlos en tiras o trocitos, como prefieran. Mondar la cebolla, los chiles y los jitomates. Picarlos todo y reservar por separado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/IMG_1108.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>En una cazuela calentar dos o tres cucharadas de aceite, sofre\u00edr primero los pimientos a fuego medio por dos o tres minutos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar la cebolla y los chiles verdes, sofreir hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 casi transparente y los pimientos tiernos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unir el tomate, mezclar y dejar que tome sabor todo por 2-3 minutos.\u00a0Agregar la pechuga de pollo, condimentar con sal y pimienta, el comino, el ajo en polvo y el cilantro picado finamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/IMG_1119.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar una taza del caldo de pollo donde cocinaron la pechuga (o agua caliente), mezclar. Llevar a hervor, cubrir la cazuela y dejar cocinando por 15-20 minutos.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destapar la cazuela y dejar evaporar casi todo el l\u00edquido, el resultado debe ser algo como el de la foto que les muestro abajo. Un preparado casi seco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/IMG_1123.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hacer los burritos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sart\u00e9n antiaderente calentar una tortilla de harina hasta que est\u00e9 blanda. Poner en el centro un poco de lechuga, enseguida un poco de arroz y por \u00faltimo el queso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pueden tambi\u00e9n ponerle solo queso y el preparado de pollo como en la foto de abajo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/IMG_1124.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrollar con cuidado para que no se salga el preparado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/09\/IMG_1127.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como servirlos y conservarlos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo normalmente preparo todos los burritos y los dejo en un plato al que le he puesto papel antes para que absorba el sudor que dejan apenas hechos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de servirlos los meto por un par de minutos en el horno de microondas, el tiempo justo para que se calienten y se derrita el queso.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieren pueden tambi\u00e9n dejarlos preparados de un d\u00eda para otro dentro el refrigerador, solo recuerden sacarlos unas dos horas antes para que est\u00e9n a temperatura ambiente antes de calentarlos.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Cubrir la carne con agua y hervir hasta que el pollo est\u00e9 completamente cocido. Para acortar tiempos pueden usar la olla de cocimiento r\u00e1pido .<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-37148-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">El siguiente paso es desmenuzar el pollo, puede ser de dos maneras: La primera es a mano, para esto dejen enfr\u00edar la carne hasta que les sea posible desmenuzarla sin quemarse.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-37148-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">La segunda se debe hacer cuando el pollo est\u00e9 a\u00fan caliente, para ello basta poner la carne en una batidora separada en dos trozos grandes y batir a velocidad baja por un minuto o hasta que la carne est\u00e9 desmenuzada.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">PREPARAR EL RELLENO<\/h4><ul style=\"--wprm-advanced-list-background: #0f1f40;--wprm-advanced-list-size: 20px;\" class=\"wprm-advanced-list wprm-advanced-list-reset wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-37148-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Mondar los pimientos y cortarlos en tiras o trocitos, como prefieran. Mondar la cebolla, los chiles y los jitomates. Picarlos todo y reservar por separado.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-37148-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">En una cazuela calentar dos o tres cucharadas de aceite, sofre\u00edr primero los pimientos a fuego medio por dos o tres minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-37148-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Agregar la cebolla y los chiles verdes, sofreir hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 casi transparente y los pimientos tiernos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-37148-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Unir el tomate, mezclar y dejar que tome sabor todo por 2-3 minutos. Agregar la pechuga de pollo, condimentar con sal y pimienta, el comino, el ajo en polvo y el cilantro picado finamente.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-37148-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\">Agregar una taza del caldo de pollo donde cocinaron la pechuga (o agua caliente), mezclar.
