Se sirven con una deliciosa salsa de tomate y espolvoreados con queso a\u00f1ejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el estado de Colima es muy com\u00fan referirse a este tipo de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/como-hacer-sopes\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"29470\">sopes<\/a> como <strong>sopitos delgaditos<\/strong> y si son gruesos y con borde se llaman <strong>sopitos gorditos<\/strong>. La receta se dice tiene origen en el municipio de Villa de \u00c1lvarez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son un antojito t\u00edpico que se encuentra en todas las cenadur\u00edas de cada ciudad o pueblo y su particularidad se debe a la deliciosa salsa ligera de tomate y or\u00e9gano con la cual ba\u00f1an abundantemente estos sopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pregunta m\u00e1s com\u00fan cuando se entra a una cenadur\u00eda colimense y se pide este platillo es: <strong>\u00bfBlanditos o dorados?<\/strong> Refiri\u00e9ndose a la textura final que deber\u00e1n tener los sopes una vez fritos. paso).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poner la carne en un procesador de alimentos y pulsar dos o tres veces hasta que se haya desmenuzado finamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img un cuenco, tapar con una servilleta y reservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparar la salsa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En una licuadora poner los tomates, el ajo, la mitad del or\u00e9gano, los en la olla con el caldo de la carne y agregar el or\u00e9gano restante. Llevar a un ligero hervor y cocinar por 10 minutos. class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hacer los sopes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En un contenedor poner la harina y agregar 3 tazas de agua amasando hasta obtener una masa compacta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar el resto del agua si es necesario y de a poco hasta que sientan que la masa es manejable, ni muy dura que se quiebre ni muy blanda que se pega en las manos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aplanarlas entre las manos hasta obtener c\u00edrculos de 6cm (2.5\u2033) de diametro x 1cm (0,40\u2033) de grosor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" usar una prensa o un plato pesado para aplanarlos, solo recuerden que deben quedar un poquito gruesos (ver el video). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota 2<\/strong> : Si van a hacer sopes delgaditos tienen que quedar menos gruesos pero de la misma medida m\u00e1s o menos, as\u00ed que hagan las bolitas con menos masa y las aplanan un poco m\u00e1s para que queden m\u00e1s delgados.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Calentar un comal o una sart\u00e9n antiadherente a fuego medio y cocinarlos por alredor de 1 minuto cada lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
