Este platillo viene preparado tradicionalmente para el periodo de Pascua y es en su forma que representa los s\u00edmbolos de esas fechas, por ejemplo las cruces de decoraci\u00f3n que fijan los huevos sobre la torta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada a\u00f1o preparo el <strong>Casatiello<\/strong> napolitano en mi casa para servirlo en el almuerzo pascual, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n como preparo la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/pizza-de-pascua\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Pizza de Pascua<\/a> y otras deliciosas recetas que son imperdibles en esta celebraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nombre <strong>Casatiello<\/strong> deriva del dialecto napolitano \u00ab<em>caso<\/em>\u00bb que significa queso ya que es precisamente con este que se prepara este pan. El queso que se usa tradicionalmente es el <em>pecorino<\/em> romano pero las variantes al d\u00eda de hoy son muchas y se pueden encontrar <strong>Casatiello<\/strong> con otros tipos de queso como <em>parmigiano, emmenthal<\/em> y <em>provolone<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"791\" height=\"1024\" data-pin-nopin=\"nopin\" data-pin-url=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/es\/casatiello-napolitano\/?tp_image_id=39810\" src=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/italian-easter-bread-791x1024.jpg\" alt=\"El corte del casatiello de cerca.\" class=\"wp-image-39810\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/italian-easter-bread-791x1024.jpg 791w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/italian-easter-bread-232x300.jpg 232w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/italian-easter-bread-768x994.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/italian-easter-bread-150x194.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.maricruzavalos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/italian-easter-bread.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 791px) 100vw, 791px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo que se refiere a los embutidos, en la receta cl\u00e1sica se pueden encontrar el t\u00edpico salami napolitano y las <em>ciccioli<\/em> (una especie de chicharrones de cerdo); pero como siempre, las variantes est\u00e1n a la orden del d\u00eda y algunas incluyen <em>mortadella<\/em> y hasta <em>prosciutto cotto<\/em> (jam\u00f3n cocido).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <em>casatiello<\/em> napolitano es perfecto para llevarse al picnic de <em>Pasquetta<\/em> (d\u00eda t\u00edpico y festivo en Italia que es el lunes siguiente al Domingo de Pascua), por lo que pueden prepararlo unos dos o tres d\u00edas antes y mantenerlo en un contenedor bien cerrado hasta el momento del consumo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receta Paso a Paso<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La lista con los ingredientes la encuentran abajo en la tarjeta. Pasado el tiempo poner el resto de las harinas en el cuenco de la amasadora y agregar la mezcla de levadura (poolish) comenzar a amasar a velocidad media (o a mano, en este caso poner las harinas en una mesa y al centro la levadura). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar el aceite, la manteca, una cucharadita de sal y abundante pimienta reci\u00e9n molida. de unos 8.5-9.5&#8243; (22-24 cm.) de di\u00e1metro; poner al interno el Casatiello y pegar las dos extremidades. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" seco y dejar reposar en un lugar tibio o a temperatura ambiente por 1 hora o una hora y media. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cocer en el horno previamente calentado a 320\u00b0F (160\u00b0C) por 15 minutos, subir la temperatura a 360\u00b0F (180\u00b0C) y continuar la cocci\u00f3n por otros 45 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como conservar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El casatiello napolitano se puede preparar dos o tres d\u00edas con anterioridad y conservarse perfectamente envuelto en film de cocina o en un contenedor con tapadera herm\u00e9tica, b\u00e1sicamente, como un pan
