class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sobre Este Platillo Tradicional Italiano<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La parmigiana de berenjenas o berenjenas a la parmesana es un platillo Italiano que consiste en rebanadas fritas de berenjenas acomodadas en capas alternadas con queso mozzarella y\u00a0una suculenta salsa de tomate y albahaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su origen no es del todo clara ya que regiones del norte al sur de Italia se disputan su creaci\u00f3n, pero en realidad no hay una ganadora. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, las variaciones de este platillo dependen de los ingredientes y de las costumbres de cada zona en Italia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello no es de extra\u00f1ar el queso que usan en Sicilia para cocinar este plato es generalmente el <a href=\"http:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Caciocavallo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Caciocavallo<\/a>, mientras que en N\u00e1poles prefieren la mozzarella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nombre <em>parmigiana di melanzane<\/em> deriva del siciliano <strong><em>Parmiciana<\/em><\/strong> que en el dialecto del sur se refiera al conjunto de tablas que conforman las persianas, por lo que el platillo hace referencia a la manera de como se acomodan las capas de berenjenas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existe tambi\u00e9n la <em>parmigiana di zucchini<\/em>, de patatas y de otras verduras, aunque en realidad cuando se habla solo de class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes Necesarios <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Berenjenas<\/strong>: Preferiblemente las de tipo largo con la piel casi negra.<\/li><li><strong>Salsa de tomate<\/strong>: Aseg\u00farense que sea salsa natural de tomate sin ning\u00fan tipo de condimentos.<\/li><li><strong>Cebolla<\/strong>: Picada finamente, ayuda a dar textura a la salsa y a quitarle un poco de acidez al tomate.<\/li><li><strong>Queso Mozzarella<\/strong>: Si pueden conseguir del que viene en suero, es es el mejor para hacer esta receta, si no cualquier tipo de queso mozzarella que encuentren<\/li><li><strong>Queso Parmigiano o Cacciocavallo<\/strong>: El que encuentren, seguramente el parmesano es el m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de encontrar as\u00ed que usen ese.<\/li><li><strong>Aceite<\/strong>: Tiene que ser aceite de oliva si o si, otros tipos de aceite no dan el sabor caracter\u00edstico de esta receta Mediterr\u00e1nea. <\/li><li><strong>Extras<\/strong>: Albahaca fresca, sal y pimienta al gusto.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receta de Parmigiana de berenjenas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cortar el queso mozzarella en cubito peque\u00f1os. El pan que se moja con el jugo de tomate y el aceite de oliva es algo de verdad delicioso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quieren servirlo como aperitivo o entrada pueden cortarla en trozos peque\u00f1itos y servir sobre pan tostado, como una bruschetta. En este caso la receta con los ingredientes que les he puesto les rendir\u00e1 para al menos 10-12 personas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como Conservar y Recalentar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un platillo que sabe mucho mejor con el pasar de las horas. Prueben a hacerlo el d\u00eda antes que quieran servirlo y ver\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La parmigiana se puede conservar perfectamente en el refrigerador hasta por 3-4 d\u00edas bien guardada en un recipiente con tapadera herm\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se puede congelar hasta por tres meses y tenerla lista para cuando la quieran disfrutar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para recalentarla pueden
